A kinder way to say “any questions or concerns?”
Why it can fall flat
“any questions or concerns?”
“Concerns” is the sticking point, since it can make people feel they're being invited to object, and as a stock closer the line reads as automatic. Usually you just want to make asking for help or clarity easy.

Hi Samuel, I've attached the updated schedule for the website launch. The main change is that testing now starts on Tuesday instead of Monday. If any of the dates are hard for your team, tell me and I'll see what we can adjust. Best regards, Freya
I've updated the shared checklist with the new steps. Is anything unclear? I can go through it with you for ten minutes this afternoon if that helps.
What to avoid
- Tacking the phrase onto every message as a sign-off, because people soon stop noticing it.
- Asking for “concerns” when you only expect simple questions, since “if anything is unclear” is lighter.
- Sounding impatient, as in “Any questions? No? Good.” which shuts people down.
- Leaving the offer vague, when saying how to reach you or when you are free gives a next step.
- Stacking several offers of help in one message, which makes it longer and less sincere.
