Diplomately helps you say difficult things at work in a professional way: turning down extra work, chasing a payment, disagreeing with a colleague or leaving a job.

The rewriting tool uses AI (Claude by Anthropic). You write what you want to say, choose who it's for and where you'll send it, and get three versions: direct, diplomatic and friendly. We don't store your text and you don't need an account.

Phrase pages are written with the help of AI. Every page goes through an automatic quality check and we read a sample of pages ourselves. AI can still get things wrong, so always read a suggestion before you send it.
