What the service is

Diplomately is free. The rewriting tool uses artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) to suggest wording for messages you want to send at work. The message decoder uses the same AI to explain messages you received at work and to suggest replies. The phrase pages are written with the help of AI; every page goes through an automatic quality check and people review a sample.

Suggestions can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. They are not legal, HR, financial or other professional advice.

Your responsibility

You decide what you send, to whom and when, and you are responsible for it. Read every suggestion before you use it and change it where needed.

Acceptable use

When using Diplomately, do not:

• write messages that insult, threaten, harass or discriminate against anyone, or that are otherwise unlawful (the tool declines such requests);
• enter sensitive information or confidential information about other people that you are not entitled to share;
• paste messages you received unless you are allowed to share them with a service like this one, or paste confidential business information;
• access the tool automatically or in bulk, scrape the website, or try to get around its limits or security measures;
• resell the tool or use it, or its output, to build or train other AI models.

We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Availability and limits

The tool has limits per visitor and a daily limit for the whole service. When a limit is reached, you will see ready-made alternatives instead of new suggestions. We may change, suspend or end the service, or any part of it, at any time.

Content and rights

The website, its texts, design and code belong to ARTEXE or its licensors. You may share links to it and quote short parts with attribution.

You may use the suggestions the tool writes for you freely in your own messages. We claim no rights to the text you enter.

Liability

Diplomately is provided free of charge and “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage or for the consequences of messages you send based on the suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Slovak law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim before the courts there.
